Im 15. And summer is on its way. Over the school year I have put on a few pounds and I just want them gone in time for summer. Are there any special foods I should eat? Shouldnt eat? Certian exercises? Thanks:]
join a martial arts studio, kung fu or whatever is available to you, most have yrly contracts but it is well worth it, if you don’t have a lot of extracuricular activities it may help you maintain focus during school as well as keeping fit year round. And eat lots of FRESH fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water.
