Any small tips that will help me lose weight fast?

I am 13 I want to get down to 105 before May(thats 10 pounds) are there any tips that could help me besides eating right and exersizing…I mean like drinking lots of water, walking on my toes ect.
You should not diet your age is not appropriate. Right now is a critical time in your bodies development, let your body find itself and when you are 18 start reevaluating your diet and excessive routine. Please take care of yourself, you need to love your body.

You simply need to drink lots of water and consume less than you burn. The more muscle mass you have, the more calories you burn throughout the day, so doing things like crunches, squats, lunges, things that help build muscle will help you to burn more calories without trying. Eat 5 small meals a day- this revs up your metabolism. Avoid salt as much as you can as it makes you hold more water and makes you appear more bloated.
