Please i need tips on how to lose weight and fast?

I’m 15, 149pounds and i’m sick of the size i am! all my mates are dead slim! and i just want to lose weight! please any tips?

Try to eat at least 5 different fruits and vegetables a day. Cut out junk food and fast food. Don’t eat or drink anything with artificial sweeteners as they can make you gain weight or keep on the weight you have. Drink lots of water and green tea, and only one juice. Wholegrain foods will fill you up longer. Eating oatmeal for breakfast has been shown to help you eat less during the day. Just add some fruit and one spoon of brown sugar or honey to sweeten it. Soup is also good and healthy and fills you up - there are tons of vegetable soup recipes online. Don’t do canned or packaged soup as they are full of salt which bloats you and makes you retail water weight Then you need to exercise at least 3-4 times a week. Find something you enjoy - cycling, running, swimming, dancing, rollerblading, aerobics or anything else. Get a friend to be your exercise buddy.
