Any good fast tips to lose weight?
I’ve been trying to lose weight for almost 2 months, i mean i eat pretty healthy, am a vegetarian. Iam not overweight just looking to loose about 4 pounds, and i do walk everywhere during the day! what is everyone’s secret? or How many calories should i be eating daily? ( not sure of that either so i can’t keep track)
10 steps to successful weight loss: -keep a journal of what you need -eat a good breakfast during the day -eat slowly -eat your favorite foods -avoid junk foods -eat smaller portion meals -make a plan to avoid boredom, cause you might eat -set a realistic goal -start exercising, do cardio -imagine a healthy and leaner you every time you wake up If you want to lose those 4 pounds, you can do it within 1 month. You will have to eat less, that is all. Reduce around 500 calories from your daily intake everyday.
you should increase your exercise and eat less. you will lose 4 lbs with no problem. good luck
