Do you have some tips that really work to lose weight fast?
I want to lose about 20-25 pounds in the next 3-4 weeks…is this possible? I am serious…please don’t say rude things…just give advice, if you have some. Thanks. ~Rebecca
Really the only right way to lose weight is through proper diet and a good workout plan. By proper diet I don’t mean only eating a salad every day or something because that will only cause your metabolism to slow down and your body to go into starvation mode, meaning it will hang onto every little calorie you consume so once you start eating normal again you will gain everything back twice as fast. Proper diet means eating well balanced and low fat meals, make a meal plan and stick to it. Make sure you have breakfast everyday, it’s the most important meal of the day and will kickstart your metabolism for the day. An example of a healthy breakfast is a bowl of oatmeal and a low fat yogurt. Cut out all empty calories, meaning give up junk food, give up soda, give up juice (drink water instead!). Counting your calories is also incredibly helpful, fill out this calorie calculator to estimate how many calories you should be consuming to loss weight: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm Just remember, proper diet doesn’t mean starving yourself. Next step is exercising. Try to come up with a daily workout plan, start out slow until you get used to it. I think just about the best thing you can do is go swimming for about an hour every day, it burns so many calories and works out just about every single muscle in your body, look at how many calories Michael Phelps consumes per day yet he’s still crazy skinny, why? Because of how much he swims. If you don’t have time to dedicate an hour per day then set aside just a few minutes per day. For example, do 10 minutes of sit-ups/squats/push ups/etc when you wake up before you take a shower, do another 10 minutes while you watch TV, do 10 minutes while you wait for your dinner to cook, etc, you’ll be surprised how many 10 minutes of exercising you can squeeze into your day. If you stick to a good diet and exercise plan you should start shedding the pounds in no time. Good luck!!!

Losing weight that fast is not healthy, at all, and you can do damage to your body. Also, it comes back rather quickly, and often times more than what you originally lost.
Just exercise daily and eat healthy. Weight will start to come off.
