How to lose weight fast - School is starting in about a month and and a half. I need some fast weight lose tips. HELP!!?

I have always been a little big growing up. Im going into 9th grade, so this is a big change to me. I’m always saying I’m going to lose weight before school starts back and I never do. I need HELP bad. Please give me some good weight lose tips. PLEASE!! Thanks so much.
You should make this nonnegotiables: 1. Daily Exercise -try joning the gym or running or bike riding. 2. Protein -build muscles 3. Calcium -increase metabolism 4.Elimination of all processed food -has no benefits and will only stimulate your appetite. 5.Conquering your food cravings -this is tough but you have to. If you do this everyday x 1 month religiously, you’ll lose wieght and get toned.
Best way to loose weight is to eat sensibly and get plenty of exercise!
no fad diet will work!

well if you don't want to be bored when you excersise, theres this DVD called 'hip hop abs' its kinda like taebo, its kinda like dancing. but its really excersise. but if you chose to buy it, you cant just do it and expect to see results. you have to be on a GOOD diet to see results. you can loose 6 pounds in 6 days i think it said. its kinda expensive, but you can try to see if they have it on limewire. hope i helped :]
