Lose Weight FAST. How To? Need Tips; Things To do; What Not To Eat.. ANYTHING IS APPRECIATED! xp?

So I have been trying to lose weight and it’s been working some. But i’m looking for a new fun way to lose it, too. I need to lose fast. Like 5 lbs. a 7-day week. Please don’t tell me it’s not healthy, i know. Just tell me tips, what to and what not to eat. What are some good fun excercises. Etc. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED! I need to know soon! I am starting today/tonight! Tell me when to eat what to eat. What to do a day, etc. REMEMBER 5 LBS A 7 DAY WEEK! THANK YOU AND PLEASE NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS TO BE MEAN! :D love Sarah Jonas :D The cleansing thing.. does it cost money? Do you order it? Or do you just find out how to do it and do it yourself? well.. i was put on a diet and i lost 7 pounds in a week. it was prescribed by a doc. but ill tell you what i did. - since you say your starting today, at least 3 hours before sleeping.. excercise for an hour. jumping jacks,crunches,running,..sports. once your sweating, it means your on the right track. just excercise and keep in movement for an hour.. *watch tv or hear music while excercising to avoid boredom. your allowed to drink any DIET liquid but juice. no diet juice . drink as much water as u can. u can drink any diet soda and as much as you want throughout the day. no fat milk. but i encourage you to drink mostly water. so only diet drinks. you eat Once a day, yes ONCE. you can eat once from 3-8 pm. your dinner must consist of as much salad as you want XCEPT FOR CARROTS.no carrots. with a palm sized grilled, or broiled piece of meat. you could season teh meat with waterever you want but absolutely no dressing on the salad. x,x along with this diet i took pills so that i didnt get as hungry throughout teh day and i had to take pills after teh dinner to substitute for potassium and iron. so for you also i would say that you could eat half a banana with a small spoon of peanut butter along with your dinner. if you want. remember to excecise daily each day. tell me if you decide to try this whether you lose weigth or not in a week. good luck. and its all mind over matter.

  1. I’m not trying to be negative or mean, but it really isn’t healthy to do that. And even if you manage to, it’s just water you’ll be losing, and you’ll gain it right back pretty fast, trust me.

  2. Stay away from red meats, uneeded carbs, like excessive rice. Stay away from sugary stuff, like poptarts, adding it to your coffee, cookies, etc. Eat plenty of veggies and fruit, and lots of water. Chew gum when you crave, and I stationary bike 6 times a week, and weight lift for like 30 minutes every other day.

  3. The answer to your problem may be a cleanse!

If you have a family doctor and you do not have any health problems, talk to your doctor about getting a prescription called Adipex 37.5mg taken once a day in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast. I lost 21 pounds the first month, 14 the second, and then 18 the 3rd month. I also kept it off. This pill can make you “speedish” like to where you are cleaning your house at 11pm even though you have been up since 5 am. You eat whatever you want it just curves your appetite to where you eat only a small portion. Drink lots of water because you dehydrate fast on this, avoid caffiene and wor out because your skin gets flabby from the rapid weight loss. I went from 196 to 132 in 9 months. It was awesome to put on a size 6 all over again. The only thing is it was post pregnancy weight and I did not work out at all, so needless to say I have a lot of toning to do now!
