need to lose weight!!!! FAST!!!any tips?
Ok im Eating right i no that, But some times i can go half a day with out wanting to eat… if i dont feel like eating should i Make myself eat anyways? i need to lose 40lb by may…Pssble?But i can only work out in my Room, at at night i can walk the lake, Dealers Come out in the day time lol weird right?… so i have this ab lounger thing should i use that to help me lose weight or will that not work? what type of things can i do in my room? (plz dont tell me to dance lol) push ups sit ups chair lifts an what else? an how many a day every day! oh yea i only drink water lol no soda/juice an whatnot so dont wrry bout that, i dont eat candy… i eat healthy really to tell you the truth, i take in about 1600 cal a day, but i always feel full, i have 5lb weights what can i do with those? any tips would be awesome too!…when i Snak i eat brokely or celery…lol i love those…. Here’s some tips I’ve picked up from exercise books, doctors, etc. 1. Exercise for 30 minutes 7 days a week (5 would be okay if you can’t work in 7 days) 2. For supper eat a piece of meat the size of your first, you can eat 2 cups of veggies, and a glass of water. For lunch try a salad loaded with veggies and chopped meat on top. Breakfast can be something simple like cottage cheese w/ fruit, a bowl of cereal w/ soy milk (soy milk has extra protein) 3. With exercising, take your 5 lb. weights and do 15 curls with both arms and then rest for 30 seconds, and do more repetitions. You should only do 1 type of exercising per day i.e. strength training Monday, walking on Tuesday, etc. 4. On tube there are some great 8 minute ab workouts that work really great You are doing really good with not eating candy, sugary drinks, and eating the right snacks. Cutting those out always makes a big difference. Keep up the good work
