tips for a teen to lose weight fast?

i wana fast, easy, effective, not expencive way to loose weight that fits a teenage girls lifestyle…any tips?

    to lose weight you need to cut your calorie intake.

    every pound is 3500 calories.

    do the math.

    eat lots of fruits and veggies. if you have to have bread eat whole grain. low calorie, high protein is good. don't deprive your body of carbs, you need them for energy!

  2. Weight loss is slooooow. sorry but its true. Pig out on food and you gain weight slowly, same with losing weight. Face it, if we lost weight really fast the would be bad you know why? than we would gain weight fast to. Exercise with intensity, eat clean and never give up

  3. hmm its tough to lose weight. esp when you are really busy!! but if you want to lose weight, of course exercise(walking is good..not on a treadmill but around your neighborhood)..but drinking a bunch of water and eating proteins will help you lose it quickly..chicken breast and fish are the best for getting your protein source. i am trying to lose weight too, and i am eating only once a day..yah i know its not the healthiest thing…but hey it works for me because i have trouble with portion control hehehe

  4. well if u eat veggies and fruits and then eat one medium size meal a day it makes u lose water weight. then u exercise and it adds to it. im tryin to lose weight too and i saw anorexic works.. but not severe… just drink A LOT of water. then be busy so u cant think about food or eat it.

  5. okay, whatever you do, DON'T starve yourself. I tried doing that, but it doesn't work.

    Kk, um, just eat heaps of veges & fruit, cut out treats, (if u wanna lose weight that bad), drink a lot of water (good for flushing out waste), exercise heaps =D like wake up late and run for the bus xDD um, play tiggy at lunch with ur friends! XD run around.. oh, like when you're going from one class to another, run instead of walk. Take on a sport. ;D
